An editorial I wrote about feminism in comic books. It went on to be published in Women's eNews: Teen Voices , the Writopia Winter 2015 Feminist Chapbook (along with receiving title credit), and the 2016 edition of Oakton High School's literary magazine, Opus: From Scratch. It also won both a gold key and a silver medal in the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards in 2016. For the Virginia High School League Creative Writing Portfolio competition, it was selected by Oakton High School to be entered in the essay category. There, it won second place and led Oakton High School to win first place overall for their portfolio.
